Refund policy

Xiaomi Platform User Official Website Refund and Return Policy (https://miglobalmall.com/)

This Return Policy only applies to products ("Products") purchased through https://miglobalmall.com/ ("Website"). If you purchased products on other online websites or offline stores, please refer to the refund and return policies of the corresponding websites or stores. This Refund and Return Policy only applies to the relevant processes for submitting refunds and returns to Xiaomi Technology Private Limited ("Seller").

Standard Return Policy

You may return Products purchased through the Website to the Seller to apply for a refund and/or replacement in the following ways:

  1. Products in normal condition:

    You may apply for a refund and return without any reason within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery completion. This right of withdrawal does not apply to large household appliances (such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators) or TV products, which do not support returns without reason.

  2. Products with manufacturing issues:

    You may apply for a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery completion, or apply for a replacement within fifteen (15)calendar days.

    Note: If a Product cannot be refunded or replaced due to stock or other reasons, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, process a refund in accordance with the terms of this Return Policy.

    How to Return a Product

    The steps for return/refund/replacement are as follows:

    Self-service Return Application

    You can submit a return application and obtain a service number through the following ways:

    a) Through the Website's Order Center; or

    b) Through the Xiaomi Platform Customer Service Center online chat

    Note: If a return application cannot be created, please contact the Xiaomi Platform Customer Service Center for assistance.

    Logistics Door-to-Door Pickup

    (1) The Seller provides prepaid return services. After the return waybill is created, you will receive a tracking number and packaging instructions. The designated logistics company is DHL Express (Logistics Service Provider), which will arrange door-to-door pickup and deliver the package to the authorized service center within approximately 2 working days. Each return waybill is valid for 14 days, and will automatically expire and cancel the return application if the time limit is exceeded.

    (2) Before sending back the Product, you must back up and delete all personal data and privacy information, and log out of your Xiaomi account and Google account. If the Product can be connected to other devices, please unbind it first. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any loss caused by un-deleted data.

    (3) In order for the return application to be accepted, the Product must be properly packaged, and accompanied by the original invoice or a photocopy thereof, as well as a printed copy of the return waybill tracking number.

    (4) Please hand over the Product to the logistics service provider within 7 days after receiving the return code.

    Logistics Tracking

    After you hand over the return parcel to the logistics service provider, the logistics company will deliver the Product to the Seller or the designated center. You can use the waybill number to track the logistics status. Regarding the free return policy, please refer to the "(Free Return)" section below.

    Refund or Replacement Process

    The Seller will process the application within the time limit prescribed by law after receiving the returned Product. After inspecting the Product:

    Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return notification;

    Replacement products will be sent to the shipping address of the original order after meeting the eligibility conditions.

    If the Product does not meet the return conditions or belongs to non-returnable situations, the Product will be returned directly to the customer.

    Packaging Instructions

    Returned Products must be sent back in their original packaging box along with all accessories, attachments, and promotional items, otherwise the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund.

    The following must also be attached:

    Original invoice or photocopy of the Product

    Printed copy of the return waybill and tracking number

    Free Return

    If the return is made through the logistics service provider designated by the Seller, the cost shall be borne by the Seller. If other logistics companies are used for the return, the cost shall be borne by the customer.

    Replacement Application

    The process for a replacement application is the same as a return, and needs to be operated according to the steps in "How to Return a Product".

    Non-returnable or Non-replaceable Situations

    (1) Products exceeding the return time limit

    Products that exceed the specified return time limit cannot be returned, but can still apply for repair within the warranty period.

    (2) Non-refundable or non-replaceable products

    The following situations do not support returns or replacements:

    (1) Products not purchased from the Website

    (2) Products with missing, damaged, or unrecognizable IMEI/serial number/model number/warranty labels

    (3) Products lacking all original packaging and accessories (including packaging boxes, manuals, data cables, etc.)

    (4) Physical damage caused by improper use (such as dropping, squeezing, liquid ingress, etc.), unless the problem already existed upon receipt

    (5) Damage caused by force majeure disasters (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc.)

    (6) Damage caused by failure to use according to instructions or improper maintenance (such as extreme temperatures, use of unauthorized accessories, etc.)

    (7) Products that have been tampered with, customized, or modified

    (8) Opened consumables, such as electric hair clippers, toothbrushes, shavers

    (9) Products with failures caused by accessories (such as anti-scratch stickers, protective cases, etc.)

    (10) Set promotional products, unless the entire set is completely returned as required
